It is shocking that Ramadan is upon us once again. The year passed so quickly. The past few Ramadans I’ve been on a diet and actually prefer it that way. It really is the best time to focus on yourself spiritually, mentally & physically. I’m hoping the approaching Ramadan is no different. I could stand to shed some weight.
