Ramadan: Trim Your Waistline

It is shocking that Ramadan is upon us once again.  The year passed so quickly.  The past few Ramadans I’ve been on a diet and actually prefer it that way.  It really is the best time to focus on yourself spiritually, mentally & physically.  I’m hoping the approaching Ramadan is no different.  I could stand to shed some weight.  If you are interested in doing the same you can follow a fairly easy but comprehensive plan provided by Fahad, Kuwait’s ‘Diet Ninja’.  Check out his Ramadan diet post here.
